Google Play Store Approval

As the latest versions of our softphone apps target SDK 34 we now use certain Foreground Service Permissions.In order to get your apps approved for the Google Play store you will need to complete a form explaining to Google why your app needs those permissions including supplying a video link to a video which demonstrates how the app uses the permission.

Please create a video similar to the one which we have shown below and use this for all the permissions.The video just needs to show a Push call being received whilst the app is closed. Also fill out the form as we have shown below. This should allow you to get your apps through the approval processs.
