Check that you can receive calls whilst the softphone is open.If you can't receive calls when the softphone is open then you probably will not be able to recive calls when the softphone is closed or backgrounded so the issue is unlikely to do with the Push service.

Next thing to check is that Push has been enabled in the Incoming Call settings menu. On our mobile softphone this menu is located at Settings-> SIP Accounts-> Incoming Calls. Here ensure that the Push option is selected.

If Push is still not working, check your PBX is not blocking our Push server IP addresses. Plesse whitelist our Push server IP addresses which can be found here. Also your PBX needs to be on a publicly reachable IP address. The Push service cannot work if your PBX is on a private IP.

On the device please make sure the Notifications permission is enabled, this should be accepted the same way as for Microphone,Camera and Contacts.

On Android please ensure that battery optimisation is disabled. On iOS check 'Do not Disturb' is not enabled.

Apple APNS and Google FCM ports should be allowed through any company firewall.THe ports required for Apple APNS (opens in a new tab) Ports for Google FCM (opens in a new tab)

For the Push server, outbound TCP ports 22, 443 and 6000 should be open. If you are still having issues please contact us at support@sessiontalk.co.uk
