How to Use Shortcut Keys
By default, no shortcut keys are enabled. To manage them, go to Settings, click on 'Preferences', then click the arrow next to 'Shortcut Keys'. This will take you to the shortcut keys page.
There are a number of actions that can be performed through keyboard shortcuts, these include: accepting and declining a call, muting and unmuting sound, turning speaker on or off and navigating to the SIP Accounts page.
Enabling a Shortcut Key
On this page, you can toggle each key's status. Click the checkbox to enable or disable a key as needed.
Editing a Shortcut Key
Clicking on a specific key will navigate you to the Edit Shortcut Key page, where you can customize key combinations.
Please note that certain combinations may not function as they are reserved by the Windows system. These include single-key combinations, combinations with Ctrl + Letter or Number, and combinations with Shift + Letter or Number.
Once you have finished, click the Save button to apply your changes.
