How to Make an Audio or Video Call

You can use the mobile softphone on Android and iOS to place audio and video calls. Upto seven simultaneous calls are supported with six way audio conferencing. A registered SIP account is required to place and receive calls.

MainScreen

The Active SIP account displayed on the dialer screen will be the SIP account used to place a call.The registration status icon should be green to allow a call to be placed.

Dialer

To place a call from the dialer simply use the keypad to enter the number you wish to dial,then tap either the green call button to place an audio call or the green camera button to place a video call as shown in screenshot above.

Contacts

Tap the contact in the main contacts view.This will bring up list of all numbers associated with the contact

Select the call icon associated with the number you wish to dial

Recents

Tap a recents call log entry to navigate to detail screen
