How to Manage Call History
Calls are grouped by number and sorted by the most recent activity. Each entry displays the called number, along with the date and time of the call. Missed calls are indicated by a missed call icon, while recorded calls are marked with a recorded icon.
Clicking on a call entry will take you to the Call Detail page, where you can view all individual calls made to that number.
Deleting a Call Group
To delete a call group, right-click on the call entry and select the delete option. You can also choose to delete every call group in the list.
Filtering History
You can filter call groups by 'Missed' or 'Recorded' by selecting an option from the dropdown menu. To search for specific number or a contact name, enter text into the search box.
