How to Configure Permissions

The app requires several permissions to function optimally, including access to the microphone, contacts, nearby devices, notifications, Bluetooth, camera, phone calls, and battery optimization settings. Out of these, the microphone and contacts permissions are mandatory.

Microphone permission - necessary to capture and send audio during calls.

Bluetooth permission - used to connect with Bluetooth devices such as headsets for hands-free calling.

Camera permission - enables the app to capture and transmit video during video calls.

Contacts permission - allows you to access your contacts, making it easier to call or message them directly from the softphone.

Nearby Devices permission - used to detect and connect with nearby devices for enhanced connectivity, such as pairing with a Bluetooth device.

Notifications permission - allows the app to send you alerts for incoming calls and messages.

Call Phone permission - enables the app to initiate and manage phone calls directly from your device.

Ignore Battery permission - allows the app to bypass battery optimization settings for improved performance, ensuring it functions smoothly even under battery-saving modes.

How to Grant a Permission

When you first download the app, you’ll be prompted to grant these permissions. If any permissions are denied, the app will continue to request them each time it starts.

As each permission request screen appears, you’ll see a dialog box asking for access.
