Push Registration Modes

The next few sections describe the details of the three Push registration modes that we support.

  • Multiple Registrations
  • Synchronous
  • Single Register

Each of these modes determines how the Push server takes over the SIP registration from the softphone application.You will need to select the correct mode to ensure that you receive incoming calls reliably when the softphone is closed or backgrounded.
