How to Organise Groups
Contacts imported from Active Directory, Outlook, Google, CSV, or VCF files will automatically be sorted into groups based on the import method. You can also create groups manually.
Creating a Group
Click the More button and select the 'New Group' option. A dialog window will open, allowing you to name your new group.
Enter the group name. Once you do, the Save button will become enabled.
Adding to a Group
On the contact, click the Groups dropdown and check the box for the desired group.
Filtering by Group
Select a specific group from the Groups dropdown to filter and display contacts within that group.
Rename a Group
With the desired group selected in the Groups dropdown, click on the menu icon to access the 'Rename Group' option.
This opens up the Rename Group window. Enter the new name and click save to update the group name.
Deleting a Group
After selecting the desired group from the Groups dropdown, click the menu icon to find and select the 'Delete Group' option.
This opens the Delete Group window. Click 'Delete' to remove the group. Note that the contacts within the group will not be deleted.
