How to record a call

How to Record a Call

During a call, click the recording button to start recording. Click the button again to stop the recording.

Play a Recording

To play a recorded call, open the Call Detail screen. Click the dropdown button next to the recorded call to view additional information about the recording. The file name will be displayed along with the account name and time duration.

Click the play button to listen to the recording.

To remove a recording, click the delete button.

To rename a recording, click the file button. This will open up the File Explorer window.
