How to Put a Call on Hold

In a call, click on the pause icon located in the top left corner of the control pad. This will place the call on hold.

How to Enable Speaker Mode

During a call, click on the speaker icon located in the top right corner of the control pad. This will activate the speaker, allowing you to hear the call through your device's loudspeaker.

If the app is currently in headset mode, a headset icon will be displayed. Click on that icon to switch the app to speaker mode.

How to Use DTMF

During a call, click on the keypad icon located in the bottom left corner of the control pad. This will open a keypad interface where you can enter DTMF tones. These tones can be used to navigate automated phone menus, enter conference codes, or interact with voicemail systems.
