How to Enable Video
Video functionality can be enabled or disabled in the SessionCloud portal and configured locally for a specific account, provided it has been enabled on the portal. Please note that if video has been disabled on the portal, the video options will not be visible in the desktop app.
To configure video settings, navigate to the Settings page and select the account you want to modify. Scroll down and click the arrow button next to 'Advanced SIP Settings'. Continue scrolling to the 'Enable Video' option and check the checkbox next to it. This will activate the video call button, allowing you to initiate video calls.
If you check the checkbox next to 'Always Send Video', all calls will automatically be video calls.
